Prices cover maintenance and third-party insurance as per the legal policy. Fuel is the renter's responsibility. Chauffeur service and translator guide can be arranged upon request for added convenience.
The full rental fee is collected at the start of the rental. The minimum rental period is 1 day. If the car is returned late, 1/3 of the daily rate is charged for every extra hour. If the delay exceeds 3 hours, an additional full day’s charge will apply.
The rental includes a mileage limit of 200 km per day, 1,050 km per week, and 5,000 km per month. If the allocated mileage is exceeded, additional charges will apply. Standard cars will be charged 0.5 AED per extra kilometer, while SUVs and luxury cars will incur charges ranging from 3 to 5 AED per extra kilometer, depending on the model.
Any traffic fines incurred during the rental period must be paid within 2 days. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge of 200 AED.
